Demo terms
These conditions govern signing up for and using the Ontopix demo. They are not the commercial terms of the products, which are agreed by contract with each customer.

1. Who offers the demo

2. What the demo is
A free test environment in which you talk, by text or by voice, with the virtual agent of a fictional company, receive by email the summary of what it did and can audit your conversation with criteria that you edit.
- Fictional data: the companies, their customers, orders and schedules are made up.
- Simulated actions: what the agent does happens only on that made-up business; it does not buy, book or cancel anything real.
- Real capabilities: the conversation, the email with the summary and the audit with its evidence.
3. Sign-up and account
You need an account with a verified email address, which must be your own. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done with your account. The account is personal, has limited use and expires; we may extend it or close it.
The demo is intended for professionals and companies. To sign up you must be of legal age and use it in the course of your professional activity.
4. Recording and analysis
The conversations of the demo are recorded, transcribed and analyzed to generate the summary and the audit, and to improve the product. The agent says so at the start of each conversation. If you do not agree, do not use the demo.
5. Acceptable use
Use the demo to get to know the product. You may not:
- Enter real personal data about health, finances or third parties.
- Use it to serve real customers or to provide services to third parties.
- Try to get around the usage limits, extract the models or the instructions of the agents, or overload the service.
- Enter content that is unlawful, offensive or that infringes the rights of third parties.
6. Demo emails
When a conversation ends we send you a single email with the summary, to the verified address of your account and to no other. If the scenario includes an appointment, it may carry a calendar event attached, marked as a demo.
7. No commitment on results
The demo is offered as is, with no commitment on availability or results. The answers of the agents and the scores of the audit are generated by an artificial intelligence system and may contain errors: do not use them to make decisions about real people.
8. Intellectual property
Ontopix retains all rights over the demo, the agents and the product. You retain the rights over the content you enter and you authorize us to process it to provide you with the demo and improve the product, as the privacy policy explains.
9. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these conditions or puts the service at risk. You can ask for your account to be closed and your data erased at any time by writing to info@ontopix.ai.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ontopix is not liable for damage arising from the use of a free test environment, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is material, we will email you before it applies. If you keep using the demo afterwards, you accept the new version; if you disagree, you can ask us to close your account.
12. Language
These terms are published in Spanish and in English. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
13. Governing law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the place where Ontopix has its registered office, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
