2. Purpose

This site presents the Ontopix products for customer support and gives access to a demo with fictional companies. Access to the site is free; the demo requires you to sign up with a verified email address and accept its terms.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the site in accordance with the law and with this notice, and not to use it to harm the site, Ontopix or third parties.

In particular, you may not:

• Try to access restricted areas, other users' data or the systems that serve the site.
• Automate the use of the assistant or of the demo, or use them for purposes other than getting to know the product.
• Enter unlawful or offensive content, or personal data of third parties without their permission.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, code, trademarks and logos of this site belong to Ontopix or to its licensors. No license over them is granted beyond the one needed to browse the site. The companies that appear in the demo are fictional.

5. Content marked as a mockup

Part of the content illustrates the product with examples: sample conversations, scores and dashboards. It is identified as an example or a mockup and does not describe the results of any customer.

6. Liability

Ontopix works to keep the information on the site correct and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will be available without interruptions. The answers of the virtual assistant and of the demo agents are generated by an artificial intelligence system: they are for guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer.

Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience; Ontopix is not responsible for their content.

7. Data protection and cookies

The processing of your personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and the use of your browser's storage, in the cookie policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the place where Ontopix has its registered office.
